As expected. I cant really see what else could be done here, the small raises get you nowhere and it is a means to an end. At least if they can place the shortfall shares they can avoid another raise in the near term. I can sort of see what they are trying to do which is reinvent the company with the name change and the large raise. Hopefully it pays off. If they could off-load the Burkina Faso asset that would be great! I did note there was some commentary in the prospectus on it (basically early discussions with other party etc... whatever that is worth).
