    What stunk about it? Was not ideal that there was no upfront cash or termination clause, but AFAIK, reaching an agreement to sell is deemed material so must be announced in a timely manner? If they agree to sell (even on poor terms) arent they obliged by law to announce it? Then look a bit silly if it falls over? cheers
