Quote from the letter of offer to shareholders: "The gross proceeds of the Entitlement Offer, expected to be up to approximately $6.31
million"
I'm waiting for someone to spin this into a positive (you there, Rob?). This is a good indication to the market regarding shareholder confidence in the company.
