I think they would have factored far less than 100% participation rate. 50% is in reality OK albeit I consider there would be a reasonable Oversubscription participation ratio. Circa $7M all up, with 1:8 Options @$0.03 to further contribute ($900k) IF BLG gets its shit together. Something the old guard didn’t seem to be capable of, but bright signs with the someone better equipped at the helm going forward.
