No you can disclose either held or not held as you choose and swap around as much as you want - that said what are you actually achieving if you hold saying you are a non holder why would you bother. I think in most cases people indicate accurately what their status is. From looking at the content of their posts after they have posted quite a few times i.e.(holder, non holder, ex holder, disgruntled holder, ex holder disgruntled
