LG Energy Solutions board room meeting before the deadline would have gone like this.

Hey we have to deal with this little minnow in Auz Mines by the end of December what are our options well boss they need cash otherwise they are gonski thinking with inflation they will need around 1.5 billion dollars (lol) to get the project off the ground again LOL, so how much does it cost us to renew the agreement? Nothing Boss we have a free run we can string it out because they are desperadoes who cannot get enough Finance especially in today's environment and they have come crawling to us for some cash injection to help them because they are incompetent and have been trying to gain finance for over 5 years so not very good at it that's why they come crawling to us for some cash.

Okay so it costs us nothing at this stage to stop them from going to anyone else becayse they have nothing, is the project in our best interests at this stage given the current climate or can we still get a free ride until things turn? Boss in my opinion there are much bigger and better companies out there and we have been talking with them for future supplies but in the meantime why not have a free ride costs us nothing.

Okay let's hold onto them for the time being but as soon as we get something better tied up then we can dump them its great when we get a free ride from our business perspective and shows why we are a great business.

Considering the collaboration we can just tell them they are dreaming.
