In terms of the fine it wouldn't matter, Auz had put insurance in place to protect themselves a little bit of knowing in advance they had fkd up and so had to protect themselves could you just imagine the backlash from holders if it was to come out of your pockets oh lordy lord.
Me personally jail for the whole board who at the time all agreed and signed off on everything that cost holders millions would be just deserts, except for MH who has just climbed on board and gas to deal with the stench.
