IMU is the safety net, that's why CHM won't fail on the financial side. The finders fee was a smart move, can be used for the 43% Tax R & D rebate. That way, just 57% real amount.
I would accept a 2 IMU shares for 1 CHM share offer, valuing CHM at about 20c per share, about 130m. But that won't happen, neither the t/o nor the offer.
I am pretty sure the shortfall has already been allocated. Just need a few days to announce it so it won't be that obvious. Or Lind or another fund will be pulled out of Hopper's hat again. Should hit at about 3pm AEDT if last time is a guide to go by.
And like last time some will sell now sub 2.8c just to get surprised in about 2 hours.
