For a company with such a paltry market cap which has had to do deals with loan sharks, it just beggars belief that shareholders accept the remuneration of Chow, Bourk and Litten. Not to mention the money paid to Hopper for his part-time "work".
These capital raises just trade off massive amounts of market cap (in this case it was about 30% - over 4c down to 2.8c) to pay these executives. A capital raise that eroded 30% of the company's value and didn't manage to raise enough to pay these guys for a year.
Its just unconscionable.
