The Capital raise result:
IDT received applications totalling 53,842,470 New Shares. The number of New Shares offered under the
Entitlement Offer was 78,108,255, resulting in a shortfall of 24,265,785 New Shares.
This is what it took (approx.$80) to drop the SP half a cent:
2:20:32 PM 0.120 665 79.800 ASX
Meanwhile Mynd offer of 15 cents is sitting there!
Sandon, certainly upped their holdings, not sure if that includes the Capital Raise!? Think their Sandons updated announcement may have been before the results?, if so, presume they'll need to update the market further.
The trading volumes to date, suggest those that participated are largely keen to hold for the present until more News!
Would be great for Mynd to get some competitive interest in IDT, to date none has appeared!
More News required to see where IDT goes from here!?
