Looking behind the headline, it comprised of a 22% (274m) primary take-up rate by existing die-hard punters who collectively almost doubled-down for shortfall shares to the tune of a secondary 15.8% (195m) take-up rate.
In dollar terms: Of the $3.7m asked only $1.4m filled, with a net shortfall of $2.3m.
