VEN did set out what would happend in the event of a shortfall.
The major outstanding question for the JV is how real the scale issue is and how effective the remediation can be. VEN has raised enough to carry out their share of remediation on O-2. I think MEL and Bridgeport will support the O-2 remediation.
PURE would be watching VEN closely. I hope that they take the view that VEN did raise equity to carry out O-2 remediation and alllow VEN to do that work. If VEN can replicate O-1 results at O-2 that will improve cashflow and provide a possible way forward for Vali.
