Not one broker would touch the cap raise this time around. Then, after coming cap-in-hand to shareholders, they had to extend the date due to lack of take-up.
Looking at the numbers today, 365 shareholders taking up the offer suggests to me that there is a general distrust/discontentment among shareholders/brokers and the market in general.
In my opinion, if we continue to maintain the current Board we will end up in Administration because their strategy is not succeeding.
Considering that three patients in the CHM CDH-17 trial were dosed prior to the end of December, they have only dosed one further patient in the next three months! Patient 5 had their manufacturing run done by the 24th February but is yet to be dosed. Based on the Company's stated timelines we should be up to patient 9 by now.
Even if management slow the cash burn rate, dosing one patient per quarter will not succeed.
