CHM CDH17 is the
world's first CDH17-directed CAR-T therapy, developed by UPenn who are the
pioneers of CAR-T therapy that has
obliterated seven GI cancer lines in pre clinical testing and
featured on the cover of Nature Cancer magazine. With four trial sites now open in the US and 5 patients dosed or about to be dosed, the company is well placed to demonstrate that this therapy is safe and works in humans and seamlessly transition to a
Phase 2 registrational trial within months.
IF successful, the potential
valuation of CHM will be measured in billions not millions. Have a look at the huge enterprise values of Revolution Medicines and CARSGEN and do your own comparison.

PS: Dont think we need a new Board. Paul Hopper isnt going anywhere. I think RMQ is dong a fine job and I am also happy with the assets and approach. Just need to resolve our capital position and get some institutional support. A strong new addition to the Board with Capital Markets and Media experience and favourable clinical data will do the trick!
