That one???" I think you have your wires crossed. The Company prepared an ASX announcement for the early CDH17 CART data. It was the ASX that blocked the Company from issuing the announcement and suggested that the Company issue a press release instead. I understand CHM obtained legal advice on same.
Do you think your own comments defeat your own argument? Not sure I follow. Feel free to point out any factually inaccuracies. I agree with you that it was a fantastic result. A world-first trial with two patients achieving stable disease. Totally agree. 100% disease control rate on evaluable patients. Lowest dose cohort. Early signs of tumour necrosis and CART persistence.

Can you explain why you think that is acceptable conduct by management? Especially when brokers won't touch us and the $4 million 'donation' has already been burnt in one quarter? Nothing to do with management. It was the bloody ASX!!
