We're only relying on what the Company is telling us.
I would ask any shareholder to contact the Company and request proof that the ASX blocked the Company from releasing it as an announcement. And provide the name of the so-called 'legal expert' who provided the advice.
I guarantee you that their response will be that the information is 'confidential' which means they're full of it.
