Shortfall will be taken up, the question is who will get it and what will they do with those 450m shares? What will holders do with their just bought 200m shares if the sp won't go past 0.5c?
There was the predicted selling pressure after the 0.8c raise and most likely there will be another selling pressure at 0.6c / 0.5c if nothing can't excide the market. Plus, the next raise is on the cards in 3-6 months.
Only a few comps have ever recovered from here and those had a product / service or outstanding data / grades to offer. None of those things are currently offered by CHM.
A big uphill battle to achieve a turnaround.
