CHMs CDH17 CART therapy is potentially a game changer in the oncology space. First ever 3 rd generation CART, developed by the pioneers of CART at UPenn, that targets CDH17, that is showing early signs of efficacy at the lowest dosage against colorectal AND pancreatic cancers.
I can point to comparable companies with multi billion dollar valuations that are in registrational phase 3 trials that have shifted PFS and OS by a few months to the right for pancreatic cancer alone. CHM can potentially be in a registrational trial in a few months for CDH17.
