Given most companies who issued new shares are trading well above issue price or in some cases from their respective lows of March 2020.
Some are trading in multiples of its lows. 100-200% in some cases. At least there is some confidence that recent lows would hold well. Given that it is not bad idea to buy more as it makes lows once in few days.
