And maybe the problem in regards that (last day) appeal against EPA approval of the mine had to do with locating the processing plant adjacent to the mine site? (Noise, fumes, chemicals to be used, whatever?) .
With yesterday’s formal expression of commitment to Tendinewa, if that was the source of the obstacle, it’s now been removed.
