Well Fry is not getting paid peanuts, and considering where the SP has been lingering for the last 15 months or so, Fry’s salary is not warranted at all. IMO he should be set a basic salary, and then the rest of it should be performance based then Fry would have to work that much harder and the SP would be reflected accordingly. Then everyone is a winner!!
At the moment Fry is getting paid a massive salary regardless on how the company performs which means we shareholders are the losers! Fry cut the greed and take a bleeding pay cut!!!
