So you read the Application Form and found the place to sign, but didn't read/understand the Announcement for the SPP, page 1 and 2. How odd, but here are some fragments of the Announcement to consider.

Oh how embarrassing for you @HCmbr. Oh the irony, proving that clearly you can't even comprehend plain English. God help you with your investments then. Let's read what Monster wrote again:

Can you not understand the meaning of this simple English sentence HCmbr? Monster is stating that, if you participated in last year's SPP you cannot participate in the most recent SPP. Full stop. Is this explanation simple enough for you? Monster's statement is demonstrably incorrect. You can indeed participate in two SPPs within a 12-month period, provided you have not used up your $30k limit. Monster did not qualify is statement with this relevant fact that everybody else appears understand (except for you and Monster). His was a blanket statement: if you participated in the first SPP you can't participate in the 2nd. You got it now @HCmbr??? RED could hold a dozen SPPs within a 12-month period and any shareholder could participate in all of them provided their sum total investment is less an $30k.

So sorry you embarrassed yourself in this thread HCmbr.
