Very well explained there! These two SBM international assets and various investments are still majority owned by existing SBM shareholders ie 80% and 20% corner stoned by The new Merging House! So not much change there! Still there, mine not being sold cheaply at the low of the cycle, still undervalued and underperforming! Can’t going any lower than Zero valuation but still a chance of recovery and making it from zero to heroes as we all have been waiting all these years! they get a new name and a new BOD though, for a new rise up of Phoenician Metal!
