    The new year will bring a change in legislation which makes Mongolia more receptive to foreign investment..Jan 1st to be exact..

    The company will also open a data room for potential JV partners.

    And yes oil and gas seeps at the surface are a good thing as they indicate oil and gas below...

    Google "oil seeps" for a better understanding.
