s/p was in 18.5c to 24.5c range this year (before 25/3), the M/C was in $20-$27m range
nothing has changed except the delay so why it' wont be back to $20c range, and $20-30m M/C should be the fair value for this stock now, imo
so in case if drilling is a duster then $0.20c will be the ceiling
