I'd be all over the options at 1c.
It seems a lot of people get hung up on the strike price. The value of options is leverage - consider what you expect the share price to be in 3 years - I'm sure most holders would say a 25c SP would be conservative, perhaps very conservative. If you can buy an option now for 1c, and conservatively expect a 5c value in 3 years then that's a pretty good return..
