How could a replacement not be an improvement?
Can you honestly see that happening? Sp has been decimated due to failed helium sales but nothing has been changed at board or management level. Is it that hard these days to simply sack people deemed incompetent? But then begs the question - who decided who was perceived to be the best man/woman for the job in the first instance? No performance, no pay, no job - not too hard, is it? It seems otherwise. AIMO
