Don't hold me to this but I suspect the original announced ratios have likely fallen due to increased SOI following Performance shares vesting and option conversions. The pool of TMK shs was finite but TPD SOI was variable. The published ratios were always referred to as approximate as Colby knew the end ratio was dependent on the final SOI.
I haven't checked mine yet but if people want post their ratios that they have received that will most likely solve the discrepancy.
