I have only had a quick glance at the announcement, but I agree with Mr Delta that it's looking more likley that they are getting their ducks lined up for a joint $70m facility between Nedbank and KfW. Assuming that is the case, then the finance deal is going to be excellent for current holders, because there will be minimal dilution, and any that does occur will be at a higher price.
