Won't mean much if (or when) the Sojitz testing results and off-take announcement comes.
KNL stated in its speeding ticket announcement that it was finalising this and would make announcements in the near future. Well, the near future must include yesterday when the IER announcement was made, so it follows that we are due for the Sojitz announcement too.
