I'm no expert on the value of roads etc but much of the commentary in the media is that the price they are paying is a bit on the high side. $6.30 is the new floor. I would happily go back and sell for $8 plus and forgoe the 20c dividend. No wonder they stalled on the offer as this process was well underway for buying the Chicago highway.
