More this plays out, more I believe this to be a power move to block any other parties gaining a controlling interest. Not convinced this is as dodgy as it might initially seem. Too much on the line. Too obvious. Too visible.
Initially was pissed and considering exiting, now leaning toward taking up full entitlement (not investment advice yadda-yadda-yadda...).
