I question why did ASIC even approve MIN to hold over 20% without instigating a TO! Why is ASIC not protecting the other shareholders’ interest. There is obviously some kind of loophole crafty CE has found hence they have applied to ASIC for permission which allows MIN to go over 20% without putting in a TO bid! The whole thing stinks on how ASIC has allowed this!
