I am not surprised the Institution and Sophisticated Investor component of the raise is oversubscribed at a 2.4c price. Raising $3.2m at a $10m valuation is not exactly requiring a genius to figure out when the ARR is already $10m and management is targeting $20m ARR is a few years time. The dilution is excruciating for retail investors but at least there is an opportunity to top up at the 2.4c price. DYOR.
