Expect ACL to lower their offer given such widening of share price between HLS and ACL.
Major institutional share holders Perpetual and Tanarra average buy price would be north of $3.50 even with this take up of rights.
At the current pricing levels, implied takeover premium of 1 HLS share to 0.78 ACL share means at premium of 70%....
For the average ACL shareholders would be annoyed if bid is not lowered reflect new reality.
Expect ACL to lower their offer given such widening of share...
