I highly doubt we'll see the sp falling to under $2.63 in the run-up to the ex-date when it presently is at or above $2.70 now.

The 6c drop today will be insto's dumping allocations that they've been allocated today, before the SPP kicks in. Same old story, the big thugs get first dibs & profit from them before retail shareholders get a go. I, myself am selling some of mine now, hopefully for around $2.75 in the next day or so, and using those funds plus a bit more of my cash to go for the full $15k application to end up with an increased holding offsetting the dilution effect. I have done my sums (allowing for the loss of distribution on those sold) & am sure when it goes ex-div (27/6), the SP will be a lot lower than just the distribution amount (which is $0.03375).

Having said that, ARF are an excellent stock IMO paying close to a 6% yield & with the likely upcoming cut in interest rates, prices should logically move onwards & upwards. wink.png
