As previously mentioned, a Class Action by the Institutions taking up that new capital raising, looks pretty certain.
And why not?
I also subscribed for the shareholder placement and would delight in any action against the directors.
(even if this is not good for the company)
I also note that the directors don't seem to own many shares.
