They must have been really struggling to convince the "sophisticated investors"!! The share price was $3 a couple of weeks ago, so the real discount is far more than the 8% the directors are suggesting. I have, infact, lost 23% on my shareholding in just 3 weeks!! Time will tell if this has been a good move.
