I think there is some share price manipulation going on to keep the price low for the SPP. I agree that coming out with bad news just before a Cap raising is not the best move but I think they are keen to get into the area of herbal treatments. I also purchased my shares at $2,80 but I will be participating in the SPP to average down my holding.
