You never know why people are selling and there might be a few who really want the money now and don't want to wait a couple of weeks - timing is everything.
However, even if it's temporary, there should be a bit of a bump soon off completion of the pilot plant. Also, potential for other news and maybe we'll get the announcement - large company PFS - that lets the SP jump a bit and stick.
