-99%+ Shareholders are sitting on positions-
-Buyers are waiting on the sidelines
-General Market is uninterested in the sector and company at this stage>

which is quite interesting when you see a few minor IPOs getting funds easy enough in IRC neighborhood
FAU,QEM etc

I personally still believe IRC to be one the best lower capital risk BUYs on the ASX Gold spec explorer/developer stage.

I have funds invested in the likes of EAR.asx but purely on takeover upside, I personally wouldn't want to hold through to production if that was the route taken IMHO

Another held WWI by the far the lowest value Vs JORC gold resource and resource upside on the ASX, but the major country risk in South Africa.
