Well lets hope it doesn't come to that, if we do get a second strike and spill the board then as far as I am aware the whole board have to be re nominated, and looking at last years voting I doubt we could make a difference on the numbers we had.

It will be interesting to see how they deal with the letter ref joint shareholders concerns on M Diamonds remuneration package and the call for a reduction in salary.

This will be addressed I am presuming at the next AGM there should be be a notice on it with the outcome, Think it will be a bit of a sham though if the chairman assess this,

again have to wait and see
