Might not seem like much, pegging the boundaries, but it is more good progress in my mind, yet another box ticked.Next Small Cap may give this a good pump in the coming weeks, but deservedly so, there are so many things to like about MNB it is still a screaming buy IMO, low capex, the NPV is increasing every month along with the continually improving DAP prices.
- Not forgetting that long lead items have already been ordered.
- MNB innovative process will have the potential for a 100% organic blend, which could have a multiplier effect on lower costs and improving the revenue stream.
- HCV Africa are already well underway with carrying out the environmental and social impact studies that are crucial to the DFS completion. I won't be surprised if the DFS is ready ahead of schedule the way things are being pushed through.
- We still have work ongoing to investigate the potential for zero carbon ammonia production, which will have multiple uses in Angola and further abroad.
- Work should be continuing with the IFDC on funding talks and discussions around the program to bring MNB's fertilizer blend to 4 million small land holders and beyond, with the IFDC using a lot of their own resources for this.
- No further dilution until the DFS is completed and importantly there is a chance now with the IFDC's involvement that there could be little to no dilution around capital expenditure time when the button is finally pushed on the remainder of the project, this is made more realistic by the low overall pre-production capex of $US22mil-$US28mil, an incredibly low figure for any mineral project.
What's going to happen when the broader market finds out about MNB? and how undervalued this stock is?
Glad I'm in that's all I can say and any funds that become available between now and the end of 2021 will likely be used to continue building a bigger position in MNB...onwards and upwards.
