There wasn't nearly as many members to rollout to 20-30 years ago when Caplink became a thing.
Secondly, how many suppliers supply Capricorn? Over 2000. That's 2000 suppliers that they have to onboard and then connect. How many techs do you think that they have assigned for this rather significant job? That's hard to workout however we know the overall manpower is around 70-80, deduct those not involved in tech which is obviously most of them and what is left? The answer is single figures.
