There's the problem. Since they went into suspension they have not made any announcements about activity the company is engaged in. That would mean that they aren't doing anything, are holding off on any announcements until they come out of suspension (maybe that could be an 'if'), which would contravene their requirement to continually disclose or things are not going well so best to remain silent.
I can only imagine that if everything was OK, they would be letting their shareholders know. You know, so that shareholders can save up some more hard-earned dollars to buy more shares in the company when it comes out of suspension to take advantage of the huge re-rate. It's now almost 2 months. I can't believe that things are going well at all.
