Congradulations to manaement , the whole deal is fantastic , NTA and cashflow increase substantially , interest rate halved , no mention of capital rasing, by the amount of Finance approved $153 million , looks like its not required, can anyone confirm? yet shares still trading around $3, almost half the NTA from my quick calc , we will find out at the end of the month the extent of I asume an increased dividend guidance?
