It is very disappointing indeed that they still decide not to disclose the most important detail of this transaction, an independent valuation of Cannaglobal
Without a reliable valuation, how can one work up how much 10% of its equity worth? A
The BOD need to disclose this information ASAP, otherwise I can foresee it will continue to fall..
