Yes exactly a tincture sold from a basement but in essence the same thing that will have the same positive effects on the consumer. The difference being the one made in the basement has a cost to produce a fraction of GMP.
This will be important in a couple of years when the market is saturated with cbd products and the Australian government will do what most countries, NZ included are doing and allowing non GMP cbd products to be sold on the market.
