OK .. so Mr/Ms/Miss/Mrs Market is not impressed with the 'potential' - oh well, guess the will have to sign some binding contract to supply a decent number of turbines before the SP cheers up - wow it has been a loooooong wait so far.
Hopefully there are enough $$$ in kitty, to keep the lights on till then & a CR at these prices doesn't have to happen.
