Review the announcements of 1 Dec and 2 Dec. That’s the seller.
Optically it would look very good if MOK or Ruse are the buyer, but it’s highly unlikely IMO.
I know I’m critical of Ruse, but frankly he’s had years to show his capabilities and I think he needs to be replaced with someone who’s prepared to improve the visibility of the company.
